When the generous nature of Southern Martinique expresses itself, it establishes its signature. This rum is smooth, its fullness controlled, and it has amazing aromas – a must. The agricole rum from Martinique is distilled from sugar cane juice using a column still and is rested for three months in huge wooden tuns before being reduced to bottling strength with spring water and bottled on the Trois Rivires estate.

TASTING NOTES

Herbal aromas of cardamom, candied flowers and green peppercorns are balanced by lime, juniper and orange. The palate offers notes of freshly-cut-grass, juniper berries, mint, jasmine and sweet herbs, that build into a lingering finish of cedar and liquorice.
