Discarded Cascara Vermouth

A sweet vermouth infused with cascara, the discarded fruit of the coffee berry. This fruit has been mainly wasted in the production of coffee over the years, but the team at Discarded spotted the potential for this fruit to be used to make vermouth as it is a deep red colour, with a rich fruity flavour.
On the nose, Discarded Sweet Cascara is deep, rich and aromatic, with an easy, natural warmth. The taste is full and sweet, the indulgent fruity notes merge with the characteristic bitter notes of Vermouth which dominate the clean, lingering finish.

Brilliant in Negronis and Manhattans.
