Casamigos, a small batch, ultra-premium tequila made from the finest, hand-selected 100% Blue Weber agaves, grown in the rich red clay and cool climate of the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico for a minimum of seven years.
After harvest, the agave piñas are roasted in traditional brick ovens for 72 hours, before undergoing an extra-slow fermentation process over an additional eighty hours, nearly double the industry standard.
Combine Casamigos Blanco Tequila with a dash of fresh lime juice, simple syrup 2 slices of cucumber and one of jalapeño into tin shaker. Muddle cucumber/jalapeño. Add ice, shake vigorously and fine strain into rocks glass. Add fresh ice and garnish.
