Curator's Gin is a rare expression of the secret treasures produced in collaboration with Cambridge University Botanic Gardens. Accompanied by the garden's curator, Sam Brockington, the Cambridge Distillery team handpicked botanicals for the spirit, including lavender, 'green ginger', rosemary, lemon balm and even apples from a tree said to be descended from Isaac Newton! Curator's Gin was released as part of the distillery's Prototype series in a limited edition of 600 bottles.
TASTING NOTES
Delicate and floral, with pronounced lavender, aromatic citrus and fruity sweetness, rounded off by herbaceous and slightly spicy rosemary.
HOW TO SERVE
Delightfully refreshing as part of an aromatic Gin & Tonic.
