Produced in San Juan del Rio Mexico, Se Busca, which means “wanted” in Spanish, is a tribute to the brave women of the Mexican revolution who stood shoulder to shoulder with men in battle for a new constitution. Made from 100% agave augustifolia espadin using a traditional 200-year-old process that includes cooking the agave with indirect wood fire which generates heat for cooking but avoids the majority of smoke to pass through the agave chamber. Aged for at least 2 months in ex-sherry French oak casks.
