TASTING NOTES

Gothic Gin is bold and flavourful, combining orange peel and eucalyptus in a distinctive and elegant way. It has a recognisable and familiar classic core of juniper, angelica root, orris root and coriander seed, enriched with sweet citrus and the bright and green herbal character of eucalyptus. Black pepper adds balance, and with a splash of water or tonic, the gin opens up further. It retains its flavour and balance even when mixed.
