In many ways, the marquee spirit of any collection - Vodka is central to mixology. Be it the classic Vodka Martini or the Moscow Mule, this delicious and clean spirit can be distilled out of many different ingredients; be it potatoes, wheat, grape or even milk whey making it a world-wide favourite. Apart from the raw distillation, water, filtering and bespoke processes that small and large producers employ set the various subtle flavours in the liquid.
