Twenty-four herbs chosen for their aromatic authenticity lend their qualities to this unique gin, revealing complexity at all stages of tasting. The gin is created in four stages, which allows an excellent control of the quality and aromatic intensity. Some herbs are crushed and steeped in the base alcohol before distillation, including juniper, licorice, orris root, bergamot and cinnamon, while others are infused, such as citrus peels, dried pears and angelica.
