OJO DE DIOS MEZCAL JOVEN
|ABV||Country of origin|
Ojo de Dios (Eye of God) is the eye of the soul of Mexico, celebrated in Huichol art and deeply rooted in the ancient traditions of indigenous peoples. The agave for Espadin Mezcal is sustainably grown in the San Luis del Rio region and harvested at full maturity (7-8 years old). The process then begins with cooking the agave hearts for up to 10 days in an underground kiln using only local oak wood.
A modern mezcal made in the heart of Oaxaca. Delicate dried apricots and plums give way to a rich mouthfeel with roasted pineapple, umeshu notes and fresh tobacco leaves.
