Del Maguey Vida
Hand-crafted alongside the tropical riverbed in the village of San Luis Del Rio where the Red Ant River flows.
This expression of Del Maguey has a spicy floral nose of carnation, tropical aromatics of gardenia and jasmine, ripe pear, dark fig, notes of wet green hay, and forest floor. Naturally fermented and twice distilled in ancestral clay stills with bamboo tubing.
2 serves of Del Maguey Vida De San Luis Del Rio Mezcal, 1 dash of simple syrup, a dash of lime, 6 mint leaves, 4 dashes of Angostura Bitters all shaken and mixed vigorously with ice then strained into a coupe and topped off with two short pours of Champagne.
