A rich Anejo Tequila from Rooster Rojo that is matured in ex-bourbon barrels for at least a year before being bottled. Aromas of chocolate, tobacco, oak and coffee fill the nose, complemented by notes of caramel, vanilla, roasted agave and oak spice throughout the palate.
