First, fill your chilled glass with big ice cubes, then add a double measure of Brockmans, pour tonic gently over a bar spoon to keep the fizz and finally - twist pink grapefruit peel over your drink. Garnish with a couple of fresh blueberries, and voilá you have a perfect gin cocktail!
