The Signature rum from Appleton Estate has had quite the makeover! The fabulous Jamaican rum has been aged in small casks before being blended and married in oak. Is an ingenious mix of exceptional distilled molasses rum, of different types, each of them matured for at least 4 years. TASTING NOTES

Perfectly balanced, with complex aromas of citrus, fruit and sweet notes, orange peel, dried apricots, fresh peach and a hint of molasses and notes of wood. It is the perfect accompaniment to memorable cocktails with cola and garnished with orange peel.
